Our Position
Industrial Fabrics, Inc. does not sell your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for money or for any other valuable consideration.
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not serve advertisements on our website, and we do not disclose your personal information to advertising networks, data brokers, or advertising partners.
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on our website. We do not track which pages you visit, how long you stay, or how you browse. We do not build profiles about you, and we do not use tracking pixels.
Why This Page Exists
Some state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states — define "sale" and "sharing" of personal information very broadly. Under those definitions, certain routine website activities can count as "sharing" even when no money changes hands and no advertising is involved.
We want to be transparent about the one place where this could apply to our website.
The One Place This Could Apply: Our Embedded Map
Our Contáctenos page includes an embedded map provided by Google Maps (a service of Google LLC) so that you can find our facility.
When an embedded Google Map loads in your browser, your IP address is transmitted to Google, and Google may place cookies on your device. Under the broad definitions used in some state privacy laws, this transmission could be characterized as "sharing" personal information with a third party.
Because of this, we block the map by default.
The map does not load automatically. It will not load — and no information will be sent to Google — unless you affirmatively choose to load it, either by accepting cookies in our banner or by clicking the placeholder shown in place of the map.
If you take no action, nothing is shared. Our full address and telephone numbers are always displayed in text on the Contact page, so you never need to load the map in order to reach us.
How to Opt Out
You have several ways to ensure that no personal information is shared:
1. Decline in Our Cookie Banner
When you first visit our website, a banner appears asking for your cookie choice. Click "Deny" to refuse all non-essential cookies. The embedded map will remain blocked, and no information will be transmitted to Google.
2. Change Your Choice at Any Time
If you previously accepted and wish to withdraw your consent, click the "Manage Consent" link in the footer of any page on our website. This reopens your cookie preferences, where you can withdraw consent at any time. Your choice takes effect immediately.
3. Simply Do Not Load the Map
Even without using the banner, the map remains blocked unless you click to load it. Taking no action means no information is shared.
4. Contact Us Directly
You may also submit an opt-out request to us directly using the contact details below. We will process your request and confirm when it is complete.

Verification. To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on your request. We may ask you to confirm information we already hold. We will not use information provided for verification for any other purpose.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Response time. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we need additional time, we will notify you.
Cost. We do not charge a fee to process your request.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
You will receive the same quality of service, the same access to our website, the same product information, and the same pricing whether or not you opt out. Declining cookies does not limit your use of our website in any way — the only difference is that the embedded map on our Contact page will not display.

Information We Actually Hold
For transparency, the personal information we collect through our website is limited to what you voluntarily submit through our Contáctenos form: your name, email address, company name, telephone number, project location, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Contact form submissions are checked for spam by Akismet, a service of Automattic, Inc., which acts as our service provider. This is not a sale or a disclosure for advertising purposes.
We retain contact form inquiries for 365 days, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or to meet a legal obligation.
